Brain Puzzle 3 Level 18 Answer: Don't let the baby cry, the sound will attract zombies
Level 18 “Zombie Walk”: Don't let the baby cry, the sound will attract zombies. 10 moves in order, most of them drags. Follow the step cards below or copy the embedded video move-for-move.

The clip is worth it at the door button, where the room cuts to the hallway; every other move in the level is a plain drag on a person.
Level 18 walkthrough: every move in order.
Failed to complete within 30s, the baby's crying attracted zombies' attention; then When in room view, drag the teddy bear on the floor to the nurse; then When in room view, drag the pacifier on the utility cart to the nurse
When in room view, drag the diaper on the utility cart to the nurse; then When in room view, drag the white coat on the wall to the nurse; then When in room view, drag the baby to the incubator by the wall
After completing the above, tap the button on the door to switch to hallway view; then When in hallway view, drag the wind-up key by the bed to the toy monkey
When in hallway view, drag the crutch to the person hiding on the surgical bed; then When in hallway view, tap the alarm button on the wall
What makes Level 18 tricky.
The room half of this level is five moves, and only one of them ends anywhere other than the nurse. The teddy bear on the floor, the pacifier and the diaper on the utility cart, and the white coat hanging on the wall all travel to her; the baby is the single exception, and it goes into the incubator by the wall. Runs stall here because handing the baby everything feels like the obvious reading of a level about a crying infant. The cart is the second trap: it holds two items, and once the pacifier has left it the cart looks emptied, so the diaper never gets picked up.
The door button is a gate, not a step to skip. It only answers once the room work is done, which the step list spells out as “after completing the above”, and until then it looks like part of the set. Past it the level switches to the hallway, where three targets have nothing to do with the nurse: the wind-up key by the bed belongs to the toy monkey, the crutch belongs to the person hiding on the surgical bed, and the level closes on a plain tap on the alarm button. Only two moves in the level are taps, and the second one arrives when the run already looks finished.
The clock is the other half of the scene. The walkthrough opens with a fail line rather than an object, because thirty seconds of crying is what pulls the zombies in, so this is not a level you can stand still inside. Nothing in either view hides behind a container, which means the run is deliveries plus one door. Read the room as a list of what the nurse and the baby need, then read the hallway the same way, and ten moves stop feeling like ten.
Five deliveries before the door opens.
If the door will not respond, one of these is still outstanding:
- The teddy bear on the floor, the pacifier and the diaper on the utility cart, the white coat on the wall: four separate drags, all ending on the nurse.
- The cart keeps going after the first item. Drag on it a second time for the diaper.
- The baby is the only thing that does not go to the nurse; it goes into the incubator by the wall.
- The button on the door is step 7 and refuses to work early, so a dead button means unfinished room work rather than a bug.
- Hallway: the wind-up key by the bed goes to the toy monkey, the crutch goes to the person hiding on the surgical bed.
- The last input is a tap, not a drag: the alarm button on the hallway wall.
Seven drags and two taps, once the fail line at step 1 is set aside; the door button is the one that reads as scenery.
