Brain Puzzle 3 Level 45 Answer: Help Grandma Fix Her Teeth

Unofficial fan-made guide. Not affiliated with the developer of Brain Puzzle 3.
Definitely this level: the frame shows the dental chair, the grandma with missing teeth, the dentist, the girl on the stool, the fish tank holding the crab and conch, and the computer desk with a 'SUPER SALE' screen (the exact odd props the steps use). Late moves were watched on screen (gold at 1:40, fish bone at 1:50, 'Completed' at 1:55). Timestamps are ±5 s.

What makes Level 45 tricky.

Twenty-four moves arrive as four cards of six, and the goal names grandma while seventeen of the deliveries end on the doctor. That mismatch costs a run: read the goal and start dragging at the woman in the chair, and you feed the wrong person. The light bulb at step six, the pearl necklace at step eight and the moon at step thirteen all leave the room and land on the dentist. Grandma sits with her mouth open and takes no object at all until step twenty-one, when the card asks for a tap on her tongue rather than a drag onto her face.

Five of the twenty-four moves are setup rather than delivery, and each hides the object that follows it. Step ten swipes the curtain left, which is the only way the walnut in the cabinet becomes reachable at step eleven. Step seventeen drags the hammer at the crack in the floor, and the fossil at step eighteen comes out of that crack. Step nineteen swipes down on the sign, step twenty takes the gold behind it. Step twenty-one taps the tongue, step twenty-two takes the fish bone under it. Step twenty-three taps the computer, step twenty-four takes the porcelain tooth off the screen. Two drags look like misclicks and are not: the water cup goes to the cement at step fifteen, and the stone goes to the doctor at step sixteen.

Only three of the twenty-four moves are taps and two are swipes, so nineteen drags carry the level. The clock at step twelve is the odd one out, a tap with no stated result and nothing attached to it, and the card moves straight on to the moon outside the window. Nothing on the frame tells you which props answer a press and which need a drag, and the last move asks for a porcelain tooth sitting on a computer monitor. The run breaks at the five reveal pairs, not at the deliveries.

Five reveals, nineteen drags.

The order matters at five points, and each one costs a move if it is skipped:

Five reveal pairs and nineteen drags in twenty-four moves, and the only dead end is a press on something that was waiting to be opened.

Why does nothing happen when I tap in Level 45?

Only three moves in this level are taps (the clock at step 12, grandma's tongue at step 21 and the computer at step 23) and two are swipes, so the other nineteen are drags and a plain tap on a prop does nothing.

Is this Level 45 walkthrough up to date?

Written against the current build; the numbering shifts whenever rooms are inserted earlier in the list, so an older clip may file this dental-chair scene under a different level number.
