Unofficial fan-made guide. Not affiliated with the developer of Brain Puzzle 3.
Scene confirmed: small boat with water gushing through the hull, the shark wearing a bib and holding a fork and knife, life buoy, anchor and coral in the water. Late moves were watched in order (fork deflates the buoy at 1:05, buoy plugs the hole at 1:10, coral over the hole at 1:15, rescue helicopter at 1:20). Note that this level is labelled Level 42/43/49 by different channels. The older uploads do not match the current order.

What makes Level 49 tricky.

Eight of the twelve moves push something into the same spot, the cave entrance: plank, starfish, vine, life jacket, swimsuit, wig, napkin and finally the deflated buoy. The buoy is the trap. It does not appear on that list until the shark's fork has been used on it at step 8, so the sequence goes plank, starfish, vine, jacket, swimsuit, wig, napkin, fork, buoy. A run that has been dropping everything at the entrance sees the buoy floating nearby and reaches for it a move too early.

The shark is a supplier rather than a threat. Two of the twelve moves take things off his table, the napkin at step 7 and the fork at step 8, while the goal is to block the leak until rescue arrives, and he spends the level sitting in the water with a bib on. Then the last three moves change target. The anchor goes to the coral at 10, the coral goes over the hole at 11, and the sail is pulled to the hole at 12. Anchor, coral and sail are all parts of the scene rather than loose objects lying around, which is why they are the easiest three to skip.

Two names for the target run through this level: the cave entrance for eight moves and the hole for the last two. A run that has been aiming at the entrance for seven moves keeps aiming there after step 10, when the coral and the sail are meant for the hole. The scenery is the other half of the read. Water is coming through the hull, the buoy floats beside the boat, the anchor sits down in the coral, and the sail is above your head the whole time. The checklist below separates the eight entrance moves from the four that end elsewhere.

Eight to the entrance, four elsewhere.

The pile at the entrance grows for seven moves, then the fork breaks the pattern:

Six props, one napkin and one buoy fill the entrance; the anchor, coral and sail close it.

FAQ.

What is the answer to Brain Puzzle 3 Level 49?

In order: 1) Drag the wooden plank from the sea to the cave entrance; 2) Drag the starfish to the cave entrance; 3) Drag the vine from the rock to the cave entrance; 4) Drag the life jacket to the cave entrance; 5) Drag the swimsuit to the cave entrance; 6) Drag the wig to the cave entrance; 7) Drag the shark's napkin to the cave entrance; 8) Drag the shark's fork to the life buoy; 9) Drag the deflated life buoy to the cave entrance; 10) Drag the anchor to the coral; 11) Drag the coral over to the hole; 12) Pull the sail to the hole

Why does nothing happen when I tap in Level 49?

Eleven of the twelve moves are drags; the sail at step 12 is pulled rather than dragged, and nothing in this level needs a tap.

Is this Level 49 walkthrough up to date?

Yes. The order above clears the level in the current build, with the fork on the buoy before the buoy moves and the sail pulled last.
