The clip shows the two taps that matter, the grandma's backpack and the fuel tank, both of them ten moves in.

Level 29 walkthrough: every move in order.

Step 1 Steps 1–3: Drag the cycling old man onto the motorcycle

Step 2 Steps 4–6: Drag the rocket onto the motorcycle

Drag the rocket onto the motorcycle; then Tap the grandma’s backpack; then Drag the lipstick to the old man in hospital clothes

Step 3 Steps 7–9: Drag the lipstick to the old man in a leather jacket

Drag the lipstick to the old man in a leather jacket; then Drag the grandma’s bag to the Grim Reaper; then Drag the moon onto the motorcycle mirror

Step 4 Steps 10–12: Tap the motorcycle’s fuel tank

Tap the motorcycle’s fuel tank; then Drag the engine oil into the fuel tank; then Swipe down on the moon

What makes Level 29 tricky.

Three moves load the motorcycle before anything moves it: the cycling old man at step 1, the old man in the wheelchair at step 2, a rocket at step 4. The grandma's helmet at step 3 goes the other way, onto the Grim Reaper. A run reads that as filling the bike and stalls, because a loaded bike is not a fuelled one. Step 10 taps the fuel tank, step 11 pours the engine oil in, and the bike only has fuel after those two moves. Tapping an empty tank looks like a wasted move and it is not.

Two of the twelve moves are aimed at the pursuer rather than at the bike: the helmet at step 3 and the grandma's bag at step 8. Both leave the getaway and land on the Grim Reaper, so this is not purely a level about outrunning him. The lipstick is a single item used twice, on the old man in hospital clothes at step 6 and then on the old man in a leather jacket at step 7, and the grandma's backpack is tapped at step 5, between the rocket load and the first lipstick move, and nothing else in the level opens it.

The moon appears twice and both moves are unusual. Step 9 drags the moon onto the motorcycle mirror, which is a small target on a bike you have just finished loading. Step 12 swipes down on the same moon, one gesture instead of a drop, and it is the last move of the level. The level is a chase, and the moon is the only object in it that belongs to neither side. If the bike is loaded and still sitting there, the answer is the tank rather than another passenger. The checklist below tracks the two taps, the two gifts to Death and the two moon moves.

Two taps, two gifts, two moons.

The bike fills up quickly; these are the moves that actually end the chase:

Full bike, full tank, moon in the mirror: the three things that have to be true before the swipe at 12.

FAQ.

In order: 1) Drag the cycling old man onto the motorcycle; 2) Drag the old man in the wheelchair onto the motorcycle; 3) Drag the grandma’s helmet to the Grim Reaper; 4) Drag the rocket onto the motorcycle; 5) Tap the grandma’s backpack; 6) Drag the lipstick to the old man in hospital clothes; 7) Drag the lipstick to the old man in a leather jacket; 8) Drag the grandma’s bag to the Grim Reaper; 9) Drag the moon onto the motorcycle mirror; 10) Tap the motorcycle’s fuel tank; 11) Drag the engine oil into the fuel tank; 12) Swipe down on the moon

Why does nothing happen when I tap in Level 29?

The level is drags aside from two taps, the grandma's backpack at 5 and the fuel tank at 10, and the swipe down on the moon at the end.

Is this Level 29 walkthrough up to date?

Yes. The order above clears the level in the current build, and it keeps the fuel tank tap and the oil pour in the right sequence.
