Twelve moves, nine of them drags, and the difficulty is not the count but where the objects live. Five pieces come off other girls instead of off the furniture: the razor from the bun-haired girl's pocket at step five, the curling iron from the girl who is curling her hair, the perfume from the orange-haired girl at step seven, the pink vest from the purple-haired girl at step nine, and the leg warmers from the girl taking a selfie. A pocket and a curl both read as part of a body, so the sources are easy to walk past on the way to the sink.
Both closed things in the level open on a click rather than a drag. The backpack at step three opens on a press and holds the boxing gloves, which stay untouchable until it has. The toilet door at the back opens the same way at step eight, one move before the pink vest comes off the purple-haired girl. Skip either press and the next drag has nothing to pick up, with no feedback to say why.
Every transfer in the level ends on the black-haired girl, which is what makes the order readable at all. The exception is step eleven, a swipe down on her own glasses frame: no object, no recipient, just a direction on her face. It is the only move in twelve that moves nothing and opens nothing, and it sits between two drags that do.
